These fries are great! They come out nice %26 crispy. I cooked em in my convection oven at 440° for about 16 minutes %26 they were basically perfect. They're a lot like McDonalds fries. I highly recommend em. Thanks!

Stir a couple times while cooking and find your oven's sweet spot on time (I always find you have to go longer); let them sit a few minutes before serving (they will continue to firm up a little plus not burn your mouth); and these will taste just like the crispy fries you get fresh out of the fryer from your favorite fast food place.
