For Food Safety & Quality Follow These Instructions Carefully: Microwave: Microwave ovens vary - adjust cooking times as needed to reach 160 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer taken in several spots. Keep frozen, do not thaw. Cook thoroughly to a temperature of 160 degrees F. Cook only one product at a time. Promptly refrigerate any leftovers. 1. Place frozen, unopened bag this side up in microwave. Do not pierce bag. For microwaves with a metal rack, remove rack. 2. Microwave on high for the recommended cook time based on your microwave wattage. During cooking, the bag will slowly inflate. A special vent in the bag will allow the steam to escape and a whistling sound may be heard. 3. Let stand for 1 minute after cooking. Carefully handle bag at corners marked with the red arrows and remove from microwave with two hands. Hold bag over serving dish. Tear bag at notch. Pour, stir and enjoy! Microwave Cook Time: 1200 Wattage - 5-1/2 minutes; 1000 Wattage - 6 minutes; 800 Wattage - 7-1/2 minutes. Stove Top: 1. Empty frozen contents of bag into a 2-quart nonstick saucepan. Excellent, my absolute favorite veggie
My family eats Steamfresh veggies with every meal. This particular one is my favorite. I love the combo with the baby corn. The mix of variety in the bag is great. I highly recommend this!

As an Asian, I had to laugh when I first saw “Asian Medley” on a bag of frozen veggies. But honestly? This stuff slaps. The broccoli, carrots, snap peas, and baby corn combo is exactly what I need when I want stir-fry vibes without all the chopping (because who actually wants to peel carrots after a 12-hour shift?). The steam-in-bag makes me feel like a kitchen ninja — throw it in, and boom: veggies ready faster than my mom can ask, “Did you eat yet?” The seasoning is light but tasty, and it goes with literally everything — rice, noodles, even just on its own when I'm pretending to be “healthy.” It's not trying too hard, it's just dependable. Like that cousin who always brings the good snacks to family gatherings.

Quick stir-fry dish for any night
These are great! The packaging is always convenient. Never had an issues with the freshness. They make an easy and quick meal. I love to create a stir-fry. I add my favorite seasonings and protein. They become flavorful and the kitchen smells so good.
