For Best Brewing: Bring fresh, filtered water to a boil (212 degrees F). Pour water over the filterbag in your cup (8 fl oz). Let it steep. Wait patiently for perfection (5 min). Caffeine Guide: Caffeine Level 5 - 61+ mg; Caffeine Level 4 - 46-60 mg; Caffeine Level 3 - 31-45 mg; Caffeine Level 2 - 16-30 mg; Caffeine Level 1 - 1-15 mg. Decaffeinated.
