Very minimal Melatonin
I bought this for my 5 year old grandson who was starting kindergarten. I thought he might have some trouble sleeping because of stress. I'm not wild about giving melatonin to kids because it is a hormone and they aren't 100% sure it is totally safe for long term use in kids. So I feel safe with such a small dosage. I also like that they are e-z melt tablets. Can't tell you how well they work though because my grandson was so exhausted from the change in his life that he fell right to sleep after a emotional melt down. The rest of the week was fine and he slept normal. So we didn't have to resort to using thee melts. All kids are different but I feel this is a safe product to help any kid that may be struggling to fall asleep.

These are great! My 9 year old just takes half a tablet when he gets hope from late sports training and helps him settle and get to sleep quickly. I also used when I was adjusting to jet lag and found they really worked. Great taste
