Nice item for indoor or outdoor cooking.

This is a handy griddle pan. I bought it to use on a camping trip. I used it recently to grill chicken and pork chops in the house. I wasn't sure how or if it would work on my flat surface electric stove top. It worked great! The food had nice grill marks and cooked perfectly. Saved the day since it rained and couldn't grill outside. It held 2 large chicken breasts and 2 large pork chops.

got this for my husband along with the grill this I gotten from walmart, for fathers day. well he finally got to put it together and was able to use the grillter and said it was nice becaust it pervert from burning any of the meat on the grill. and he is able to use the on both sides for different meats and fish. so he give it a thumbs up

great value for the money-if you are looking for a cast iron griddle to use on your grill, camp stove, camp fire or even on a gas stove top in the kitchen, this will work well. It is a little rough, so if you want a super smooth, flat surface, it might be worth taking a sanding wheel/disc grinder to it to smooth it out and then re-season it. That is what I did and it is smooth as glass now.
