Mainstays 72" 4-Door Storage Cabinet, Natural

I bought this cabinet to keep my emergency supplies in. That's all that's in it, with some Mylar bags for dry food. It was easier to assemble than a previous one I got for my bathroom, but maybe not as sturdy in the long run. Made of particle board, or MDF, it is very heavy, but I am a 78-year-old 5-foot lady, and I removed the pieces one by one and assembled it strictly by the instructions, so as not to have too many parts in my way. I didn't have a helper so I had to devise a way to install the doors, which was the only awkward part. It holds a lot and looks good.

This storage cabinet was a great addition to my living room to hold some items that I didn't want laying out everywhere. I love the adjustable shelves as well as the espresso color I got. However there's a few things that I wish was a bit better quality. The finish of the wood arrived sort of “peeling” off on all of the corners so it's not a perfect finish. I was able to get past that and the assembly was easy up until the end. The hinges are supposed to wrap around the edge of the cabinet however the hinges come too squeezed together so you have to try to “open up” the metal so it will fit around the edge. It wasn't fun as it was hard metal however it does eventually work. Overall for the price point and for the size cabinet you're getting, it's a great buy!
