I recently ran out of my usual fiber gummy %26 thought I'd give this one a try since they were on sale at the time. I started out taking the recommended amount, while drinking water with each serving (I thought they'd work similar to usual gummy, so I went in guns-blazing on the serving recommendations.) It was on the second or third day that I realized these were definitely NOT my usual gummies! I thought it would be wise to reduce the serving, because things got really interesting really quick for me👀👀👀 lol. These fiber gummies are top of the line in my book. They've become my new 'usuals'. They work very well to keep your body regular, but be sure to adjust your daily serving according to your current needs, not according to previous experiences with other products😁😆 Lmbo
