My friend from the Ib d kitties group on Facebook recommends only feeding your cat's pate food that gravy and the extra grated are made up of things your cat does not actually need to eat and often times will make them sick, so we just use the frisky pate. I don't, I don't do anything with with fish because it can have Mercury in it.
