Great tasting and freezes great!

I love these small carrots, they do not have a strong flavor and I seem to not over power my stews and roasts, when I use the smaller carrots. I do purchase a large bag and only use half a bag and freeze the rest, they last a long time and still taste fresh.

GOOD SIDE

I use these when I make "poor boys" or "hobos" or whatever name you might have for them. I get a four count pack of hamburger patties, a couple potatoes and these baby carrots....peel the potatoes, slice 'em up and then lay out a sheet of Reynold's aluminum foil--put a hamburger patty down and cover it with half the potatoes and half the carrots, bake on 350 degrees for one hour and man oh man you got some good eatin'. The carrots are perfectly cooked (Not soggy or under cooked). And of course they make a great side for just about any meal but I suggest a hearty meatloaf!

Not a fan of raw carrots but love to add them to a good roast in the crock pot, the idea being spend twenty minutes i the morning and you have a full pn start and forget meal six hours later not a lot pf prep and so good. Regular carrot you got to scrub, pr use a peeler on, chop them up into pieces 2 inches long then add them. Open a two pound bag the baby ones rince and ready just like that!
