i had bought the eggo brand and decided to try great value and there is a big difference with the great value, bigger sections heats in microwave and comes out soft has a really good flavor so for me this is the better buy beside box comes with more sticks compared to eggo. i am finding that the great value products are well worth the money and less costly.

I love the cinnamon flavor in these and they are best cooked in the oven for breakfast, so they are slightly crispy. Unless you want them to be softer, then I would suggest the microwave in the morning. They do not come with syrup, but go very well with syrup.

The only thing I'm critical about is the small edges are too tough to cut through with just a fork! The wider inside pieces are as tender as butter!!! Now, The reason I gave the syrup a 1* is it doesn't come with syrup, I hav to buy it separately so I'd assume you might want to know its rating on the product I buy for that purpose… and since it's great value syrup… I can tell you it's a 5/5 product!!!! lol
