If you're on the fence about switching from the name brand, don't be! It's the same medicine at a much better price point. My baby is finally resting comfortably and pain-free. We first tried this during a particularly rough week of teething and a low-grade fever. Within about 15-20 minutes of the first dose, my baby was back to their happy, giggly self. It truly works fast and effectively to knock out the discomfort. I used to exclusively buy Children's Tylenol, but after comparing the active ingredients I realized this is **exactly the same formula**. Good value for kids' fever and pain relief. The Great Value brand works just as well for us as the name brand, but it's more affordable and easy to keep stocked at home. My kids like the flavor too, which makes it much easier when they're not feeling well. Overall, it's been effective and I feel good about buying it again.
