OVEN (Preferred Method): 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Place SAUCE pouches in a bowl of warm water to thaw. 3. Open bag of tempura chicken and empty into an oven-safe container. 4. Bake uncovered for 17-19 minutes. 5. Open SAUCE pouches. Stir in sauce with chicken. 6. Bake for 2-3 additional minutes or until hot**. PAN FRY: 1. Place SAUCE pouches in a bowl of warm water to thaw. 2. Add 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil and chicken to skillet or wok. Heat on MEDIUM for 2 minutes. 3. Cover and cook for 6 additional minutes with occasional stirring. 4. Open SAUCE pouches. Stir in sauce with chicken and heat 2 additional minutes or until hot.** AIR FRY: 1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F. 2. Open bag of tempura chicken and add to air fryer. 3. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until hot**, shaking or turning halfway through. 4. Open SAUCE pouches into a microwave-safe container. 5. Microwave for 2 minutes, take out of microwave, stir, and microwave for 30 seconds, or until hot**. 6. Stir in sauce with chicken. MICROWAVE: 1. I prepared mine in an air fryer. The taste is very good, very similar to take out. It appears to be solid white meet chicken chunks. It comes with a lot of sweet and sour sauce. I can't emphasize that last party enough. More than enough sauce! The texture of the reheated chicken is a little off, but not bad. It is no longer crispy, however, because it has soaked up the sauce. It's still very good, though.

My Mom and I get this for dinner a few times a month. We love the meaty chicken in a beautiful tempura that cooks up nicely in our oven. A great sweet and sour sauce that is easy to spread on and bake up to finish. Throw in some of their white rice and it's a no brainer delicious meal. Super easy to bake or microwave but I prefer to oven method. Great tasting chicken and sauce.
