oh man, so good. This granola will not help you lose weight or cut back sugar but it is so good! A good scoop of hot cereal, generous dollop of yogurt and fair helping of this is very tasty, but I like it straight with milk too. I warn you not to try this cereal unless you want to get addicted. I have this cereal every morning with fruit and milk. It is especially refreshing in warm weather. I think it is a good value because it doesn't take a lot of cereal to fill you up, so don't pour the bowl full like you would eat Cheerios.
