Is Pub cheese a gourmet experience? No. But if you love to spread cheese on crackers like I do, this is a great option. I sometimes find spreadable cheese in cold pack form to be too hard and it breaks my crackers when trying to spread. Not a problem here. Pub cheese is fluffy and tastes great. I sometimes put a big spoonful into Mac N Cheese for a sharp twang. Stays in the fridge for a long time, not that it lasts very long in my house.

I've always been looking for a good bar cheese. This this stuff is crack cheese. Amazing great tasting no funky aftertaste great with crackers or whatever you care to use it with I can't stop buying it. I absolutely love this cheese. I have been purchasing it for quite some time. I was very disappointed that the cheese has been discontinued at the store on Pima in Santan Valley Queen Creek. please make room and continue to stock this cheese. It spreads very easy and it taste good.
