Please note that the Unisom GEL TAB has the same active ingredient as Benadryl. The tablet does not. The active ingredient in the tablet is what my doctor recommended. Just something to be educated about because the gel version was causing my sinuses to be dry.

Keeps Me Asleep All Night

The only thing that helps me fall asleep and keeps me asleep is Unisom Sleep Gels. I've tried so many sleep aids that I'll fall asleep but wake up 2 to 3 hours later. They help me fall asleep but stay asleep. Unisom helps me gently fall asleep within 30 minutes AND stay asleep all night long. The pills aren't huge, easy to swallow. And I know within 30 minutes I'll fall asleep , stay asleep and wake up with energy because I got a good night's sleep.
