Much better than I thought

I was worried that this pan was too big when it first arrived, but now that I have been using it for a while the 3 quart pan I have that is the same shape and style seems too small. I love the way the heat is distributed and I love how easily the pan cleans, especially the outside of the pan. It still looks brand new after many uses.

My daughter has Green Pan, so when my older nonstick cookware began to lose its coating, I went to PFAS-free Green Pan. We love cooking with it! It really is nonstick, doesnt burn easily, and is so easy to clean. We got the stainless fry pans, and they are so attractive! As our pots wear out, we will definitely replace with Green Pan.
