- Serrano: A cured Spanish ham from the famed white pig. It is salted, hung in cool conditions, and cured for fifteen months, giving it a superior and complex taste. (3.5 oz)
- Manchego: The most popular cheese in Spain. It is made in the interior of the country from 100% pasteurized sheep's milk. Aged for three months, it has a smooth texture and hints of olive oil and lemon. (7.5 oz)
- Drunken Goat: It is a semi soft goat cheese soaked in the traditional style wine of the region, Doble Pasta, which is made from the Monastrell grape. The cheese is aged for no more than 60-75 days, so that you can still enjoy some of the wine?s flavors and the rind takes on an attractive violet hue.(7.5 oz)
- Mahon: A cheddary cow's milk cheese from the Mediterranean island of Menorca in the Balearics. Aged for three to six months. (7.5 oz)

I'm impressed
I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my GodMother... the Gourmet Kitchen Goddess! Knowing my God Mom I knew I'd get an honest opinion on how good or bad it was... I must tell you that she gave rave reviews saying it was fantastic and she was quite impressed.She is one of the most important people in my life and making her Christmas special was high on my priority list. Great Gift
Received as a Christmas gift and we are working out way through the assortment of meats, cheeses and sweets. So far everything has been top quality and great tasting. Looking forward to trying Quince Paste for the first time when we get to the cheeses.

Amazing!
My husband studied in Spain and when I saw this collection I knew it would bring him right back there. The cheeses are amazing as are the olives and we can't wait to try the chorizo and ham. A beautiful collection!
