I enjoy the vacuum for what its used for, great and low to the floor with the adjustable setting. The main problem is the location of the power cord its at the bottom of the vacuum so that means its constantly being stepped on and the cord is so short to grab and hold.

Assembly was easy but after using 3 times the windtunnel would not stay attached to the unit. O had to return it for a refund. The suction was really good but it was so frustrating having issues with the windtunnel. Otherwise I would have kept it. very disappointing. unable to find assembly videos

I was excited to get this vacuum cleaner because the motor is burning up my old Hoover Windtunnel 3 Rewind vacuum cleaner. I knew that this one didn't have a rewind cord but the discription said it had the on/off brush roll option, 7 height adjustment.Only has 4 height adjust. No brush roll switch.
