"Just Looping Around My Home"

I love them, but on this order, I thought I was getting the wider top loop part like my previous orders, that would fit over a little bit thicker bars and the thickest bars on my stainless steel carts and baker's racks. They will only fit on the inner stainless steel wire; won't fit on the thicker stainless steel bars. However, I like the length and the wider bottom wide loop. I could not find these on the floor at any of my local Walmart Stores.
