I use these as my diet does not include enough of many minerals. This one is a good balance of vitamins and minerals. I take this with omega-3 fatty acids.

Was recommended by my brother to take these multi vitamins and stop taking my old brand, which was doing me more harm than good. I do not have yellow urine any more due to the food dyes in old vitamin. These are all natural ingredients that are not going to harm your body. The only down side is they are a little big to swallow. I have learned to just relax and lit it go down naturally on its own. Will continue to purchase these. Great product!
