I've had such bad IBS that I'd go to bed and wish I wouldn't wake up. It affected work, it affected my family, it was overall a miserable life. I tried everything I could think of. I then take two more immodium before bed, and let me tell you, I've never felt so amazing in my entire life. I can actually wake up and go about my day and not spend an hour on the toilet. I don't have to take multiple bathroom breaks during the day. My mind isn't always on the pain I felt and whether I would have a bathroom available to me. Life hmis just so much better now and I can't beleive something so simple could be the cause. From what I understand, ibs sufferers deal with a messed up gut biome. Not enough bacteria or something, and this stuff is just JAM PACKED with all the bacteria and gut stuff that "normal" people have. And once introduced it helps regulate things and get it all on the "same page". It is 1000% worth the purchase. If you have ANY kind of IBS symptoms, please spend the $29 and buy a box. Try it for a month and see if it helps you out. I personally can't live without these now. I'm so grateful for their existence.
