So I can't use the flapper as it is way too big for the bottom of the tank so make sure you get the right size flapper. I didn't need it anyway. Also, some of the "cheaper" ones available don't have as many adjustments. This unit is more like a commercial or heavy duty unit and it has a few more water level adjustments that took a little longer to figure out but the directions are an easy read and very explanatory.
