I have used my KitchenAid® Grill and Panini Press to make everything from delicious cheese burgers, chicken breasts, paninis and stuffed french toast. Each time I use it I'm impressed on how evenly it cooks the food & if I put hot water in it immediately after use it is very easy to clean. It is a GREAT cook addition.

First of all, this is a beautiful piece of cookware. I have used it for both sandwiches and burgers. The handle covers are awesome, and add to the ease of use. I've found it easy to clean off messes like melted cheese and the carmelization from making burgers by using my dishwashing brush in a gentle sweeping motion along the grooves. Preheating the press is easy if you fit it in the grooves. I got perfect lines every time. After washing and drying, I season with grapeseed oil and a pastry brush; wiping the excess with a clean towel.
