Lighting fast modem/router and easy to install

We bought this Netgear Nighthawk AX2700modem/router combo to replace a much older Netgear modem that could not handle our faster Xfinity internet speeds. Using the Xfinity app it was a breeze to install this Netgear modem/router. Just make sure you have the MAC, Serial Number and provided password handy, all conveniently listed on stickers on the bottom of the modem. This Netgear AX2700 is lightning fast. What a difference from our old modem. It has to be 3 times as fast, no buffering when streaming shows on television, and working on the compute is incredibly fast downloading and uploading. Really pleased with this unit and highly recommend.

Big upgrade coming from a rental modem

I always knew netgear is the top tier for wifi/modem. This upgrade made my internet more stable. Before with the rental I kept dropping speeds and my average was 150mbps or less close to 0. But now the average is around 360ish and up. My speed is 1.2gigs. I been having super less issues but my internet company xfinity has been having issues so it's been affecting me but the modem has safe me from headaches

Great upgrade!

We are very happy with this modem+router. It replaced our old modem+router that was six years old! We noticed a dramatic improvement in our internet speed and we finally feel like we're getting what we pay for from Xfinity. Installation was pretty easy, but just be prepared for it to reboot a few times as it prepares itself. But after the first hour or so, we haven't had any issues with connectivity.
