This device does it's purpose! I have the C by GE full color bulbs throughout my home and recently bought an Alexa device. This smart plug bridged my light bulbs, bulbs without direct connect, to work with Alexa. I have a box fan hooked to it, so the fan comes on upon command via Alexa! Convenient Right! Good to have!
I liked this light after I set it up. I could not set it up thru their AP and was going to return it. But then went to the Google Home ap and it set up quickly (about 1 minute) using my Google Home AP. I can now randomly turn the lights on and off at my summer home. I purchased it on clearance for $4. Good deal!
