Where's the gasket? Big mystery
The shower head I received did not have a gasket for the inlet where it screws onto the shower arm. Customer Service told me there should be a gasket but they don't have a specific part number for it so they sent me a new shower head. No gasket in that one either. But I thought I would try installing it so I put it on the shower arm and tightened it as hard as I could - it leaks at the connection point. I called Customer Service again, and the lady seemed to think it should have a gasket so she said she would send me one that “might” work! If it needs a gasket, send me the darn one that it needs or tell me what size it should be and maybe I can find one somewhere. This shouldn't be a big deal, right?

The Moen Brushed Nickel One-Function 10" Diameter Spray Head Eco-Performance Showerhead has an internal non-serviceable gasket; thread seal tape is needed for installing this showerhead.
