Excellent product & customer service.

We purchased this, in chrome finish, approximately 2 years ago for our main floor powder room. After a few months, we noticed some discoloration on the faucet. We contacted Pfister customer service & after providing a photo of the defective faucet, quickly received a replacement. We were very pleased with the service we received & love this faucet. Sleek modern design

I bought this 3 years ago. Still love it. I have a 5 bathroom home and it's featured in many films/tv. This faucet makes the bathrooms have edge and vibe. Faucets are high quality. However you do see the lime buildup from the hard LA water but I think there's something I can get to remove that. Customer service in the bath faucets was amazing. Gorgeous ... but tough to keep clean.

Have had installed for nine months. It is beautiful and functions perfectly. Because of the waterfall aspect of this fixture there is a small water stain left sitting on top always. We just keep it clean and it doesn't bother us but ... something to be aware of. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
