Luckily, it did not change the outside or inside the cabin with obnoxious noise. Really dont notice much of a change there in those aspects, which is good in my opinion. Sounds the same 2 me, maybe more of a growl but nothing drastic. Was worried about tht but am pleasantly surprised with it. Definitely notice a change 4 the better. Wuld definitely suggest buying nd installing on ur RAM Hemi 5.7L engine.
