Disappointed

The picture on the website looked so pretty, but when I unpacked the light, I was disappointed. The directions were minimal with no real explanations, basically it was a diagram with arrows AND it was very small. The 4 brackets (arms, whatever they are called) just slide into notches and then are not secured at the bottom nor the top, but there are holes at both the bottom and the top (as if they need to be attached to something). There was no number to call for support. :( I am not happy with this light and I will be returning it.
