Good product, poor support.
Our company uses this series and is satisfied with the product. We have a problem with the body coming loose from the adapter. When i contacted customer support, Chris mentioned that he "guessed there was a way to fix it." and that his techs were "to busy to answer questions because they are working on paying customers." Very Rude! The whole point of having a technical department is to answer technical questions from customer who have purchased the equipment!
