Hob - From Ambient - Stovetop Directions: Separate cans. Empty contents of small can, containing chicken and sauce, into saucepan or skillet. Heat over medium heat until hot, stirring occasionally. Drain and discard liquid from large can and rinse vegetables. Add vegetables to chicken and sauce, mixing well. Heat, stirring often, until hot. Microwave - From Ambient - Separate cans. Empty contents of small can, containing chicken and sauce, into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat on High power for 2 minutes, stirring once. Drain and discard liquid from large can and rinse vegetables. Add vegetables to chicken and sauce, mixing well. Heat on High power for 3 minutes or until hot. Stir and serve. Serving Suggestions: Serve over rice or with La Choy® Chow Mein Noodles.

I don't have a high level of cooking skills, but I can make a delicious Asian dinner by cooking rice and covering it with this La Choy chow mein. Sometimes I add leftover rotisserie chicken or miscellanrous vegetables like carrots or radishes, but it's just fine right out of the can. The next day leftovers are quite tast too.

Tastes great and easy to prepare. White meat chicken, carrots, beansprouts, water chestnuts, and those cute little ears of corn all in a rich chicken sauce. Just drain the veggies and heat the sauce, combine the two, heat that mixture and it is ready to serve. Tastes great over LA Choy chow mein noodles, or rice, It does have a sodium amount to consider it you are watching your salt intake. Serve immediately as the beansprouts wilt.
