The improvement is not good for me

What has happened to this dental floss? It's gone from a soft dental floss to being like their other ones. It feels like plastic. I want the softer floss back. I very much dislike the “improved” floss. The closer it gets to the end, the more curled it gets. It's hard to judge how much you are pulling out when it springs up in curls. Please, direct me to a softer Oral-B floss if you still have one. If not, why, why, why?

We’ve developed a new microtextured floss that features a gentle scrubbing texture, which helps clean and glide in tight spaces. Three of our flosses did not change, as they were already compliant with the upcoming changes. Look for Oral-B Glide Essentials Floss, or the Satin Tape and Satin Floss. This is not what it used to be! I thought I was crazy or bought the wrong floss, until I read the recent reviews. They changed this floss from super soft and silky to almost thin and wirey feeling! This new change is awful. I am not impressed, want my money back and will not be buying this floss anymore. Super upset!
