Excellent

For years I have been running with another "big box" garbage disposal unit. I could count on it to rust out every 3 to 4 years. Without fail... it did this time also. Lady at the "big box" store saw mw picking up the same unit and she stopped me. She told me to go with the Moen. 5 year warranty and pretty much rust resistant. It was an added pleasure to have it much quieter than the "other one". So don't "Badger" yourself... the Moen is so much better and so easy to instal.

Came with a 5 year warranty

I went to purchase a new disposal and noticed this was only $10 more than my old model. This one came with a 5 year warranty instead of a 2 year like my old one. My plumber was happy that it came with it's own plug as a lot don't. Was happy to see it was made by Moen. It was just installed today so I can't review beyond that.

Good product

Selected this item for 2 reasons. The first reason is that the one we wanted was sold out. This was our second choice because of the size and price. It was very easy to install and do yourself a favor by also purchasing a garbage disposer drain kit to make sure that you have enough parts to make the necessary connection adjustments. So far, it is working well.
