Yummy! I prefer center cut bacon as it's not as fatty as regular bacon in my opinion. I like mine extra crispy and this works well for me every time! I use it in my greens , salads and soup for extra crunchy texture and the delicious taste! Of course just a crisp slice while I'm cooking is always fun too lol On a burger or with pancakes, however you like yours, I definitely recommend this one!

I like the slightly larger that a pound size. Larger package means bigger, better BLT's. Fries up nice and crisp in a pan or the oven, either one. Good taste alongside sausage and eggs. Great atop your burger or crumbled in your favorite recipe. Remember, bacon makes everything better! Center cut is supposed to have less fat, more meat. The quality is usually good, the price could be a little more consumer friendly but everything is so expensive these days. So, consider this product if the price is right for you. We buy it when we can.
