The over-sized 3-inch flush valve helps to create a more powerful flush, and a generous 2-1/8 inch trapway helps to prevent against clogging. We were replacing old toilets that were stained. The tanks are smaller than our old ones and I like that because we have small bathrooms. I love how well they flush. Haven't had to use a plunger. We did all the time with our old toilets. I coud'nt be happier. Just wish we had bought them sooner.
