HORMEL BLACK LABEL Canadian Bacon, Gluten Free, 6 oz Plastic Package

There is no, or so little, fat that I can have this with breakfast atop an egg in an English muffin sandwich, but not worry about my diet. I can have 2 slices at only 1 point on my Weight Watchers diet (I get 28 points/day allowance, and can borrow from a weekly reserve). On the breakfast egg sandwich, I only need 1 slice. I cut 2 slices into quarters to have on 8 crackers as a snack. Taste is very good, but Canadian bacon is really mechanically separated ham with fat, gristle, and other nasty stuff removed that is pressed together, so it tastes far more like very lean ham than of bacon. I don't care for fatty foods which helps with dieting. I've several times bought this before, and will again.

i thought to myself...what's for breakfast...eggs n what??bacon bacon bacon...Canadian that is..Canadian Bacon!!! oh my....had to have it on a Canadian bacon and cheese sandwich with lettuce and tomato and slice of avocado and....hhmmmm...I felt so-o-o-o-o Canadian....delicious
