I had a very positive experience with Beach Camera. I placed my order on the phone and needed the camera for a photo shoot I had scheduled in a couple of days. The representative that I dealt with upgraded me to overnight shipping which helped me tremendously and eased my stress. There was a hick up with my order as I did not realize that my bank had a limit on daily purchases and because the camera exceeded the amount I was allowed to spend the shipping was deleyed. I called over the weekend and dealt with a different customer service representative who was just as nice. She assured me she was going to pass the info to billing and the issue was going to be taken care of the following day ( I called on the weekend). I received the camera just in time for my photo shoot. The product arrived as described and I have not had any issues with any of the equipment that I bought. I would highly recommend beach camera. The canon 5d Mark IV is a heavy duty camera for heavy duty photographers! Living on the island of Kauai I am always challenged with rain, wind, sand and sun, I could not capture life on the islands with out my Canon 5D Mark IV. Nothing I have ever owned has stood up to the elements like this camera. Weather I am shooting forty foot waves wreaking havoc on the North shore in Hanalei or rain showers up in Kokee State Park at the end of the day my shots are amazing even if I am wet, sanding and sunburnt! I love my Canon!
