ANZO 111478; LED HEADLIGHT PLANK STYLE BLACK CLEAR W/SEQUENTIAL AMBER

I purchased these headlights and dragged my feet to install being I was concerned about tearing the front end of my truck apart, after a long wait I finally installed. When I was ready to adjust there was a laser sharp beam above the standard pattern, when I contacted ANZO USA they identified the problem as not being correctly manufactured, that testing of each product does not occur. To get replacements under warranty I had to pay an additional $700. "core" charge and to top it off I must pay to ship the Faulty product back to the factory with a FED Ex estimate of $151.00 for shipping. I was advised to talk to the "ANZO manager Bee.Theo" (at CG Motorsports, Chino Ca) who will not reply to my email with no ability to contact by phone. At this point, due to ANZO USA's lack of customer support I suggest all use caution in purchasing their products.
