GREAT Customer Service!!

I had a warranty replacement needed. Called Monday July 27, 2020. Customer Service rep was polite, efficient and effective. With CoVid issues, was advised it could be 14 business days to receive. Thursday, July 30 replacement was on my doorstep. Yes, three days! Thank you Moen!!

Installation was a breeze & Awesome looking!

We ordered these in from a local plumbing store and are more than pleased. The actual installation was only slightly complicated by cabinetry. The faucet and plumbing install was quick and painless. The kitchen faucet, two bath faucets and a soap dispenser have only been in a week, but their performance have been flawless!

All metal, very nice looking!

Got this to complement our new Moen laundry room faucet. This is HEAVY duty! It's all metal upper part is immediately noticed as soon as you pick it up. Installation takes all of 30 seconds if you already have the hole in your counter/sink. I wish Moen would have made the part that the bottles screws into metal. It's plastic. Which is fine I guess but the unit does flex when it's used. hopefully it will last. This definitely beats the plastic soap dispenser that comes with some of Moen's fixtures. PLEASE NOTE: Some reviewers state you have to unscrew the bottle to fill it. This isn't the case at all and if they read the instructions that come with the unit (or download on Moen's site) they'd realize all you have to do is pull UP on the pump and it comes off and you fill it from the top. Figured this was pretty obvious but I guess not.
