Could be great if we had all the parts!

Missing parts and broken pieces...still waiting almost 3 weeks later for replacement parts. Customer service was responsive but wait time is just too long. I can not speak the quality of the item because we can not finish putting it together.

If I can put 0 stars I would. The customer service is horrible no returns after 30 days. The wheels broke after a month of use. So now Im stuck with a $200 piece of plastic my daughter can no longer ride. Use caution when buying from this seller.
