Lots of vitamins no side effects

Good all in one vitamin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the idea of an all in one tablet. I will take vitamins of all kinds because of my high meat diet I could use some extra nutrients in tablet form. It's easy to swallow although the tablet is large.
