Adults and children 12 years and over: chew and swallow 1-2 chewable tablets every 2 to 4 hours as symptoms occur, or as directed by a doctor. Children under 12 years: consult a doctor. I am one of those many people who have occasional heartburn, and I have tried many products to help relieve the discomfort. Sometimes the taste of the medicine used for that discomfort is worse than the pain itself, but I recently tried the Alka-Seltzer chewables and not only did they work quickly, but they taste good. OMG these things are AMAZING. I had nearly given up on anything OTC for quick relief from my heartburn, indigestion, and severe stomach pains, but these things take care of it within minutes.
