I have an auto-immune disease and need a probiotic that's easy to digest. I have tried a couple of cheaper brands and they just didn't work out. Align is the only brand that I can digest comfortably and is reliable. It's very pricey in the drug and grocery stores. Walmart offers it for a little less and I get cash back.
