My secret for neck discomfort: this magnesium
This is my favorite magnesium blend because a few years ago, I had some serious neck discomfort after doing push-ups. I thought it might be a muscle knot, and the ache was so strong that only anti-inflammatory meds seemed to help. I didn't want to rely on them, so I decided to try this magnesium. I was drawn to the malate and glycinate combination and the fact that it uses Albion Minerals, which I know is a high-quality source. To my surprise, after just a couple of days of taking this supplement, the discomfort in my neck completely went away. It was a huge relief, not just physically, but for my peace of mind. Since then, I've recommended it to everyone. I've seen its effectiveness firsthand. If you're dealing with muscle tension or just looking for a high-quality magnesium, I can't recommend this one enough.
