Good for allergies...
Nettle extract worked well for an accute allergy attack which I experienced recently. I self administered 30 drops of nettle extract before bed time and another dose at 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning. The symptoms seemed to get somewhat worse at first, but then later improved dramatically. I also took 4 doses daily of a herbal anti-inflammatory product.
