Good taste easy move

Both flavors are good but I like the chocolate much better. I usually eat the two in the pack , one in the morning and the other in the evening. This fiber thins give you a smooth move however, you must drink the required water or extra. No cramping.

I agree with other reviewers that the wafers can be chewy but the flavor is excellent. I found that taking very small bites and chewing them with my front teeth works best. I use these to help satisfy my sweet tooth while providing the fiber I need to keep me regular. I have used the Metamucil powder for several years and loved it but now need to cut back on sugar in my diet.

These are the same crisp cinnamon cookies as always. Note that, for those who like chocolate, the chocolate ones are actually quite good. Keep in mind that the 2-cookie packs give 5 grams of fiber but "cost" 100 calories. On the other hand, along with the fiber they provide long-lasting satiety. You will feel full %26 not keep snacking--without an injection ;)
