Directions. Swallow 1 capsule at a time and take in an upright position. Bulk-forming fibers like psyllium husk may affect how well medicines work. Take this product at least 2 hours before or after medicines. New Users: Start with 1 serving per day; gradually increase to desired daily intake. You may initially experience changes in bowel habits or minor bloating, as your body adjusts to increased fiber intake. Directions (Adults 12 yrs and over). 5 capsules 4 times daily. Consult a doctor if you are considering use of this product as part of a cholesterol-lowering program. 5 capsules 4 times daily. Consult your doctor before use if you are currently using medication to control your blood sugar levels. 2 to 5 capsules up to 4 times daily for fiber supplementation. For children under 12, consult a doctor.

The order came in a timely fashion which is very important to me. In comparing prices with other like stores, you had the best price for the product. My only disappointment was that I could only find it in 100 capsule bottles. I just recently moved here from another area and always purchased this product in 300 count bottles. I was hoping to be able to find that same count here. If the 300 count bottle is (or will be) available, I would be glad to order it the next time I am in need of this product.

This works! It's gentle on my body but very effective. I no longer have to take the harsh chemical-based medications I used to take. Metamucil is a natural product and actually good for me. I highly recommend this product over and above those chocolate tasting laxatives.
