I can't say enough good things about this product. Easy to assemble. I have two terraces to my back yard, which is heavily landscaped. I use the edging option. I work it hard, and it always gets the job done beautifully. Also, it is lightweight and very easy on the low back. I have another one that I bought six years ago, and it is still going strong, but needed another one as my landscaping expands. Love this product.

Weed eater great, batteries failed
The Weed Eater was great but both batteries arrived unusable with flashing red lights when trying to charge them. I wanted to return the batteries, but I had to return everything to replace the batteries. I needed the weed eater since mine was broken and didn't want to wait for another shipment. I am disappointed with the lack of flexibility to either give me a discount for the batteries or give me new batteries. The fact that I have been happy with this particular model for years made me choose to keep it despite the batteries failure.

only 1 battery works. i had 4 different people test and try to get the other one to work. its dead. wont charge. very disappointed. 1 battery on low only lasts about 15 minutes. then i gotta recharge for 4 hours. i will try to contct company agaun and update if i get satisfaction of a new battery that works.
