Since buying I haven't had to use a toilet plunger. The only issue you may find is if your wife is short, her feet may not touch the floor. My wife is 5'5” and let me know her feet couldn't touch the floor while sitting down.

Champion One-Piece toilet
On my previous Champion One-Piece 1.6 etc, the trip lever mechanism wore out. Specifically the neoprene nut inside the tank holding the mechanism tight to the tank would no longer screw tight. I just now replaced this unit for the toilet that was installed in March 2014

They've only been installed a couple of weeks, but so far I'm very pleased. The flush is a good, solid, powerful flush. The toilet itself has sleek, clean lines and looks good in all three bathrooms we've installed them in. Bowls seem easy to keep clean (so far).
