Fall asleep quickly
I love it! As this product states it helps you fall asleep, and, with the help of extended melatonin, helps you stay asleep. I've never really had problems staying asleep, as much as initially falling asleep. I've tried many sleep aids in the past and can attest that this works! I take it 30 mins prior to bedtime, with the tv on, and can feel myself getting sleepy 20 mins in. I turn off the tv and fall asleep easily. If I do wake up during the night, I am get back to sleep quickly. I would recommend to anyone who needs help getting to sleep as much as they do staying asleep.
